I attended Middle Tennessee State University earning a B.A. in
Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasis on K-4.

This will be my 4th year at Eakin. |

This will be my 7th year teaching in Metro. |

led you to teaching? |
|
I have always wanted to be a teacher.
I was lucky to be able to go back to school to get my degree and follow my dream. |

is your favorite part of teaching and interacting with children?
Do you have any special interests or what is your favorite part
of the school year? |

I enjoy working with the students daily. It is wonderful to watch their progress.
My favorite part of the year is when we start working on their memory books.
I love to see how they all have grown academically, socially and emotionally.
Not to mention how tall they have grown. |
