led you to teaching? |

Two
things led me to teaching. My mother was a teacher for part
of my young years and my own 1st grade teacher inspired me to
be a teacher. I always knew! |

is your favorite part of teaching and interacting with children? |
|
My
favorite part of teaching is when the children realize that
they can do something that they thought was difficult. I love
the “light bulb”! |

is your preferred method of communication? |

I
regularly check my Metro email but will also respond to notes
and phone calls as soon as possible. |

would read anything as a child so I do not remember a favorite.
I was always reading when I should be doing something else.
On a non-academic note, I am planning a wedding for June!
