I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a B.S. in Community Health Education.
I received a Masters of Elementary Education from Tennessee State University. |

I worked at University School of Nashville as an Assistant Teacher. |

led you to teaching? |
|
I have spent my lifetime interacting with children in various ways including babysitting,
tutoring elementary students while I was in college, and even coaching a pre-school soccer team.
I worked at a non-profit as a grant writer for many years, but becoming a teacher has always seemed a natural fit for me. |

is your favorite part of teaching and interacting with children?
Do you have any special interests or what is your favorite part
of the school year? |

I enjoy watching the students grow throughout the school year. They are such unique individuals.
I enjoy getting to know them and watching their progress as the year goes on.
I especially enjoy teaching because each day is exciting! |

My favorite book is Charlotte's Web by E.B. White. My second grade teacher read it to our class and
soon read-aloud became one of my favorite parts of the school day. |
